Refund and Returns Policy

We are confident that you will be delighted with the quality of the seeds we provide. In the rare event that you encounter any issues with our products, we urge you to promptly get in touch with us. We are committed to resolving any concerns you may have.

Our refund and returns policy is valid for a period of 30 days from the date you receive your item. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. While we are unable to guarantee refunds for all items due to their perishable nature and specific storage requirements, we strive to accommodate your needs as much as possible.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will promptly send you an email to inform you that we have successfully received your returned item. In addition, we will also notify you with if your refund has been approved! If your refund gets approved, rest assured that we will expedite the processing for you. As a result, you can expect a credit to be applied to your credit card or original method of payment in just a matter of days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item please send us an email to [email protected] with details of your item and the problem with them. 

Shipping Returns

Before returning your seed or other products to us, please take a moment to get in touch. We are here to assist you in finding the best possible solution and will provide you with the appropriate returns address, if necessary.

You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning your item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for added peace of mind. While we cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item, we will make every effort to ensure a smooth process.

Package not showing up?

Please let us know within 21 days if you have not received your package. We will promptly assess the situation and take necessary steps to ensure a second delivery. Your satisfaction as our valued customer is of utmost importance to us. However, please note that we cannot assume responsibility for any unsuccessful delivery.
